Natalie Abegesah, Associate Vice President of Talent and Culture at CNFA, has more than 18 years of experience in global human resources management across the private, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors. Abegesah is recognized for her ability to transform organizational culture and drive strategic initiatives. She has a proven track record in implementing human resources information systems, and spearheading innovative employee engagement strategies.

Prior to joining CNFA, Abegesah held key human resources leadership role as VP of HR for Partners of the Americas, where she established a transformative management program, introduced a global professional development policy, and benchmarked salary scales to align with competitive market standards, fostering employee retention and growth.

Abegesah ensures that CNFA continues to cultivate a highly engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workforce through her leadership philosophy, which centers on collaboration, innovation, and a people-first approach.

Abegesah holds a Master of Legal Studies from Arizona State University with a focus on employment law. She holds certifications as a Human Resources Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources from Human Resources HR Certification Institute®   and as a Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is also fluent in Spanish.
