Leadership Team

Corey Rosenbusch

Director

Corey Rosenbusch is a nationally recognized leader in agricultural trade, industry advocacy, and association management. Serving as President and CEO of The Fertilizer Institute (TFI) since 2020, he oversees legislative strategy, member engagement, and policy development on behalf of fertilizer producers, wholesalers, retailers, and trading firms operating across domestic and global markets.

Rosenbusch has led TFI through a period of significant growth, navigating fertilizer market volatility driven by the Russian invasion of Ukraine, extreme weather disruptions, and supply chain crises that produced price increases of more than 300 percent. Under his leadership, TFI’s membership has nearly doubled through new recruitment and the acquisition and merger of five adjacent fertilizer associations and foundations.

Prior to TFI, Rosenbusch served as President and CEO of the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), where he grew the organization’s top-line revenue by 93 percent, established the industry’s first OSHA Alliance, and led international expansion efforts across Brazil and Australia. Earlier in his career, he lived and worked in Indonesia directing agricultural development programs for the Borlaug Institute at Texas A&M University under a USDA-funded initiative and previously served as National President of the FFA Organization.

Rosenbusch serves as the Chair of the National Association of Manufacturers’ Council of Manufacturing Associations.  He earned his Master’s degree in International Development from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from Texas A&M University, where he now chairs the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communication Advisory Board.
